Terms of service

By creating an account or using WebToApp you agree to these terms.

The service

WebToApp turns websites you own or are authorised to wrap into Android and iOS app packages, and can help you publish them. Builds are produced on third-party cloud infrastructure and delivered as downloads or uploads to your own store accounts.

Your responsibilities

  • You must own, or have permission to package, every website and asset you submit.
  • You are responsible for your app’s content and for complying with Google Play and Apple App Store policies. We do not guarantee store approval; for example, Apple may reject apps that only repackage a website.
  • You must not use the service for phishing, impersonation, malware, illegal content or to infringe others’ rights. We may suspend accounts that do.
  • Keep your credentials and signing keys safe. Back up your keystore: if you lose it you may be unable to update a published app.

Plans, payment and refunds

Billing is per app. A Pro package is bought for a minimum term of 6 or 12 months, paid up front through Razorpay in INR, and does not renew automatically. Each term includes a fixed number of builds (and of iOS builds) counted over the whole term; extra iOS builds can be bought separately and are not refundable once used. When a term ends the app returns to the Free package.

Refunds. If you have not made any store build (AAB or IPA) or deployment with the Pro package, you may ask for a refund of that term within 7 days of payment. After that, or once a store build has been made, payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Free-plan limits and paid features are described on the pricing page and may change with notice.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and builds can fail because of third-party tools or store requirements. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.
